Mr. Tichenor obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florda, and law degree from the University of Memphis. Mr. Tichenor has been licensed in the State of Tennessee since 1991, and the State of Florida since 2006.
Mr. Tichenor is a member of the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida among others.
Mr. Tichenor a former Special Judge for the City of Memphis, Administrative Judge for Shelby County, Tennessee, Assistant State Attorney with the Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office, and Labor Counsel for the United States Merit Systems Protection Board.
Mr. Tichenor has first chaired both jury and bench trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
