Samuel Perez is a trial attorney with experience in civil litigation. Born in Medellin, Colombia, Samuel uses his life experiences and cultural exposure to zealously represent his clients. Samuel is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with a working knowledge of Italian. Samuel is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Before pursuing a legal career, Samuel spent his undergraduate career at Florida State University. Samuel earned his J.D. from New England Law | Boston, in Boston Massachusetts. While in law school, Samuel was awarded the Dean’s List various times throughout his time there. Samuel likewise interned at Massachusetts Dispute Resolution Services (MDRS), where he was exposed to the different areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution services and was able to get a firsthand experience and as a result, amassed a wealth of knowledge that would serve in assisting clients at different stages of litigation.
He began his legal career as a law clerk for Robert J. Lee, where he has continued to amass invaluable trial experience day in and day out. Today, Samuel uses that experience to advocate for individuals and families in the court of law.
